Albany International Airport Parking

Albany International Airport parking areas are capable of accommodating more than 2,000 vehicles at any given time. The facility offers several options to customers including short-term, long-term, garage, and economy parking.

Short Term Rates

Location: First floor of North Parking Garage opposite the terminal and also on the backside of the garage.

• The second half-hour, $2.00
• Each additional half-hour, $1.00
• Maximum daily rate, $24.00

Location: The New South Garage Parking is available on floors 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.

• The first hour, $2.00
• Each additional hour, $2.00
• Maximum daily rate, $14.00

Long Term Rates

Location: Behind the Parking Garage and to the west of the terminal.

• The first hour, $2.00
• Each additional hour, $1.00
• Maximum daily rate, $10.00

Economy Remote Lot E with Shuttle to and from Terminal

Location: Southeast of the airport.

• The first hour, $2.00
• Hourly rate, $1.00
• Maximum daily rate, $6.00

Electric Vehicles Charging Stations

There are many charging stations available inside the Long Term lot, the second floor of the North Garage, and the fourth floor of the South Garage.

Accessibility

Customers with disabilities can find designated handicapped-accessible parking in each parking lot, on each floor of the parking garage, and in the long-term lot.

Vehicles parked in designated handicapped spaces must have a handicapped license plate or visibly display a valid handicapped flag.

Payment Methods

Credit Card

Insert a credit card into the machine, and the gate will open automatically upon entering. To exit, insert the same credit card used to enter, and the gate will automatically open, and the credit card will be charged.

Cash

When entering, press the button to receive a ticket. Customers can pay for parking at an automated pay-on-foot station located in Baggage Claim upon returning. Insert the ticket into the machine and once payment has been processed the ticket will be returned to the customer.
